About Us

Kenrick Manor Subdivision, located in the City of Shrewsbury, was developed in 1979 on land originally owned by the St. Louis Archdiocese and was part of the Kenrick Seminary grounds. Close to both public and private schools, as well as shopping and restaurants, it is easily accessible to Clayton, West County and Downtown St. Louis.

Kenrick Manor consists of 162 homes with generous lot sizes. Eleven cul-de-sacs add to the privacy of these homes. The Restrictive Agreement ensures that the quality and value of our homes are maintained.

Located within walking distance and just a few minutes from Kenrick Manor is the Shrewsbury Community Center with tennis courts, ball diamonds and Wehner Park with walking trails, playgrounds and pavilions. Within the community center there are private rooms for meetings, a banquet hall for wedding receptions and parties, along with the fitness center, aerobics area and gym for basketball and volleyball. Shrewsbury also has a large community pool for all residents.
